In the wake of the pandemic, the event Around the World of Mental Health: Interactive Symposium has been rescheduled for July 5, 2020, tentatively.

However, during this time of stress and uncertainty, it is even more important to incorporate mindful practices and self-care into our daily routine.

NAMI Durham and Project Passport have partnered to create a virtual symposium focusing on stress relief, stress management, mental health self-awareness, simple delicious ways to maintain a healthy diet, and managing resources.

Let us remember that good mental health first begins at home.
