Student Support Group


Join us each Thursday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm

1 in 5 U.S. adults experiences mental health conditions each year, while 1 in 25 will experience serious mental health conditions. Between school, employment, social life, and emerging adulthood, students face challenging times and have to take the initiative to look after their mental health. This highlights the need for a virtual safe, confidential, and respectful group environment; where students can come as they are, share, and support each other. The group is led by students to provide emotional support, collective mentoring, mindfulness, self-care tips, and mental health awareness. All participants must be at least 18 years of age and enrolled in college (university, community college, trade-school).
