FAMILY SUPPORT GROUPS
NAMI Durham Family Support Groups are free, confidential, and safe groups of families (families helping families) which have adult family members with mental health challenges. Adult family members join a caring group of individuals helping one another through their experiences and learned wisdom. Families gain a sense of hope for their loved ones.
